Bohemian Wedding in Italy Photography | Villa Monteverdi
{ELLIE & NICK} RUSTIC CHIC VINTAGE WEDDING IN THE HEARTH OF TUSCANY, BETWEEN ROME AND FLORENCE

Ellie and Nick are from USA and they decided to enjoy their super-styled bohemian wedding in Italy; more precisely, they chosed a beautiful luxury location, Hotel Monteverdi; this amazing resort was a small abandoned stone villace built in the 12th Century in Val d’Orcia (beautifull valley located in the heart of Tuscany) before to be restored with luxury and exclusive finishings. Combined together with the autenthic vintage-chic style of the place, the results is strong rustic effects with sophisticated comforts.

Each details was super-cared by these two and it was really a big joy to being there to document this wedding with our photography.

 The vintage feel of the location was combined with tons of rustic flowers, to create an amazing palette full of spring colours. All the floral decoration was  from La Rosa Canina. Soft, sweet and romantic, as this boho-chic wedding is, all the decorations was inspired by the upsetting naturalness of raw materials.  Also all the other details war really in theme with the bohemian mood, starting from the table set-up coming to Ellie’s wedding dress and Nick’s suite.

Ellie was wearing a beautiful long lace wedding dress, airy and light. Instead of the common flower crown Ellie showed a beautiful silver crown with small and light gold chains as decoration. Nick suite was blue with a light blue tie, more edgy and less formal than the common black one.

 The long old wood table was also inspired to vintage-chic style, with beautifull old dishes and glasses from the italian tradition. Combined with rustic table cards, a long lace table runner, fresh fruit, spring flowers and  candles they was giving to the dinner an intimate warm feel.

Last but not least  I’ve to really thank you my friend Daniele Vertelli that decided to having me as second photographer for this so inspiring wedding! It’s always a pleasure to join him and I can’t waint to cross our paths againg in the coming season!
