As you travel along the streets of quaint towns in central Italy, in the last days of August, you can’t help but notice the two colors dominating the Tuscan landscape: blue and gold. If you ever happen to be here this time of year you’ll be struck by the scene: deep, clear, blue sky that swims over golden, dry fields, where wheat was growing high and green just few months ago.  If you’re anxious to get some visual wedding proposal inspiration for proposing in Italy having this wonderful backdrop, skip the text here and fast forward to the photos below. Michael is from Ireland, where he currently lives with Bianca (she’s  originally from Australia, where they hope to make their life together). Michael reached out to me a few weeks ago to get some candid natural shots of him and Bianca during their holidays. I found them enjoying their time in Pienza, a small town in the lowlands of Val d’Orcia.  And I joined them as we reached the nearby countryside; as a matter of fact 10 minutes far from Pienza – on a soft hill surrounded by nature, fields, a cool breeze and some idilic cypresses – stands the small Vitaleta Chapel.  The perfect spot for Michael to go down on one knee and propose to his beautiful Bianca.  Now that you know a bit more about their story, let’s go to see the pure love of these two amazing  -always smiling – guys!
