I recently had the opportunity to photograph an engagement session in Florence with a lovely couple, Henley and Brian. We decided to start early in the morning to catch the sunrise and capture some magical moments around the deserted city streets, while the first rays of sun shaped the city. The light was just wow, and the atmosphere so peaceful and romantic! It’s always a dreamy experience to wake up early and walk in the city before the tourists seal all the little alleys. It’s something I suggest to all the people visiting Florence whether or not they decide to have an engagement photography session in the city center.
I like to approach couple session photos with an editorial style, bringing a modern and timeless feel to the images while capturing the raw emotions and genuine connection between the couple.
